Huddersfield Giants utility forward Larne Patrick has been sidelined for 12 weeks with a dislocated right knee cap and ligament damage.
The Wales international, 25, sustained the injury just minutes before half-time in the Giants’ Super League curtain-raiser against Wigan on Friday. He is not expected to play again until the middle of May.
