Larroyer wants to stay with Hull KR

Hull KR forward Kevin Larroyer has reiterated his desire to remain with the club in 2016 – and says more should become clear over the next few weeks.

Larroyer is on loan with the Robins in 2015 but is out of contract at parent club Catalans Dragons at the end of the season, and insists he would be keen to remain with Chris Chester’s side after taking to life in England.

“We’re in discussions with the board. My first choice is to stay at Rovers, but we’ll see what will happen,” he told the Hull Daily Mail.

“I think we’re going to know (more) in the next few weeks.

“I’m off contract with Catalans as this was my last season with them, so now I can do what I want.

“I’ve really enjoyed it here so far, to discover a new country, a new language and a new culture. There’s been plenty of positives for me.

“For me, it’s too early to go back to play in France. I want to stay here in Super League with this adventure.”
