Workington 6-42 Sheffield Eagles

16:52 – Kicked successfully at the death. Hooter gone crowd watching, steps up and sneaks the draw.

16:50 – Hull KR with a late try! Mantellato crosses to make it 14-16, but no rest for him. Huge kick to come.

16:45 – Batley with a late penalty to take the lead against Leigh, 24-22 with minutes left.

16:43 – Josh Guzdek crosses for his hat-trick as Dewsbury take the lead 26-24 with six minutes on the clock.

16:41 – Incredible! Batley level 22-22 with Leigh. Whitehaven get themselves a try.

16:36 – Make that 52! Halifax hit the half-century and send a huge message to the likes of Leigh and Bradford. Tyrer equals the club record of points in a game.

16:35 – Make that 46-0 as Halifax convert the try.

16:33 – Cumbria teams have had a weekend to forget. Halifax now leading 44-0 against Whitehaven with all the new signings scoring and Sheffield lead 42-12 against Workington thanks to another try.

16:30 – Halifax leading 38-0, Batley back to 16-22 against Leigh, Castleford and Dewsbury retain the lead. Hectic two minutes.

16:29 – London now lead 20-0 at Oldham, for a first day in the Championship this is shaping up nicely…

16:26 – Wind just pushed it wide. Wakefield add their third try with Mikael Sio crossing. Workington have a try also.

16:25 – Josh Mantellato touches down for Hull KR with a touchline conversion and the elements to battle…

16:24 – Matty Fozzard adds another for Sheffield, huge lead now with 36-6 on the scoreboard. That Twitter error from the media team could turn out to be one outstanding prediction..

16:24 – Another two for Swinton as they lead 18-16. You’d think this was Four Nations with the number of kicks…

16:20 – Broncos now lead 16-0 at Oldham, tough beginning for the Roughyeds in the division. Big wake up call perhaps.

16:19 – Swinton have a penalty and opt to take the two. It’s successfully converted to level with Dewsbury 16-16.

16:18 – Brierley crosses the line as Leigh lead 12-20 at Batley, his future may not be sealed but at present the Centurions have a huge talent in their side.

16:16 – Castleford back in front as Jake Webster crosses the whitewash, it’s all happening!

16:15 –  Omari Caro grabs his hat-trick and Dewsbury back in front through Ben Reynolds.

16:11 – Halifax lead 34-0 and Tryer crosses but ironically fails to convert his own try after a perfect kicking game so far.

16:09 – Micky Higham puts Leigh back in front against Batley. Swinton lead 14-12 against Dewsbury. Broncos lead 10-0 at Oldham.

16:08 – Lloyd White gives Widnes another try at Wakefield. The Vikings lead 10-24 with Hanbury on point from the kicking tee.

16:07 – Tyrer makes it 5 from 5 from the kicking tee as Fax now lead 30-0 and the miserable day for Cumbria’s sides continues as Sheffield add another to make it 6-30 against Workington.

16:05 – Debut try for Sam Smeaton as Halifax extend their lead to 28-0.

16:03 – Finn converts for Wakefield to bring the score to 10-18 as Widnes lead. Both sides looking like they’ve improved heavily on disappointing campaigns in 2015. Close affair.

16:02 – Reece Lyne crosses for Wakefield as to edge his side back into the game. Bradford underway against Featherstone.

16:01 – Oldham underway against London with the score just 4-0 to the Broncos, surely more to come.

15:57 – Wakefield also underway, looking to get themselves back in the game with Widnes leading 18-4.
