BUSY London Broncos have signed another member of the Papua New Guinea side who won this year’s Pacific Bowl under the the club’s new coach Jason Demetriou (pictured).
Fullback Morea Morea is heading to WImbledon in the wake of hooker or halfback Finley Glare.
Both featured in both matches as Demetriou’s Kumuls beat Cook Islands 40-28 and Fiji 50-18, both in Port Moresby, to top the three-nation table.
Morea started the two matches, and scored tries in each (Glare came off the bench against Cook Islands and was scrum-half against Fiji).
He spent the 2025 season with Central Queensland Capras in the Queensland Cup, having previously played for PNG Hunters in the same competition.
“Morea Morea is an explosive player who will bring raw speed, strength and flair,” said the Broncos.
