Hull FC star Curtis Naughton looks set for a new deal with the Black and Whites following an impressive start to life at the club.
Although he hasn’t been a regular during his first season with Hull since joining from Sydney Roosters, Naughton has notched four tries in five appearances so far in 2015.
And boss Lee Radford confirmed that they will be exercising the option to extend Naughton’s deal by 12 months at least, with Radford describing him as a “great find”.
“Curtis signed a contract for one year with an option in the club’s favour for a second, and he will definitely be sticking around for another 12 months at least,” Radford told the Hull Daily Mail.
“He has been a great find for us and I am certain he is going to develop very well.
“The games he has played, he has really added something for us. We feel like we have a quality player in him. He can cover full-back, wing and played half for Doncaster recently.
“That versatility gives us great options going forward.”
