Lee Radford has admitted he will give popular forward Frank Pritchard as much time as possible to be fit for Hull FC’s clash with table-toppers Widnes.
Pritchard was a notable absentee in the Airlie Birds’ narrow defeat to Wigan last week due to a shoulder injury.
It has been confirmed that Pritchard will be in the 19-man squad to face the Vikings, however it is doubtful as to whether he will recover in time to play.
His presence was missed on Friday night, with Radford not having his impact from the bench.
“We’ll see how Frank is on Thursday, but he’ll be named in my 19-man squad tomorrow,” Radford told the Hull Daily Mail.
