Robins release Tuimavave

Hull Kingston Rovers have agreed to release Evarn Tuimavave from the final year of his contract on compassionate grounds.
Tuimavave, who joined the Robins on a two-year deal from Newcastle Knights ahead of the 2013 campaign, had requested a release so that he could return to the southern hemisphere to be nearer to his family.
The 29-year-old made 23 appearances in the red and white shirt, scoring two tries.
Robins’ CEO, Mike Smith, commented, “Evarn requested a release as he wanted to return home to be nearer family and friends. On behalf of everyone at the club I’d like to thank him for his contribution during 2013 and wish him all the very best for the future.”
