St Helens will be without James Roby for a ‘short period’ after he sustained a knee injury.
Although the severity of the injury is not thought to be serious, the hooker will be unavailable for the club’s Betfred Super League contest with Huddersfield on Thursday
A club statement read: “He has been left out of the squad for this week’s home game with Huddersfield and will work with the club’s medical staff to be back in action as soon as possible.”
Tommy Lee is likely to get an extended role in the club’s game with the Giants as Keiron Cunningham’s side look for a return to winning ways.
