Kevin Sinfield has finished second in the 2015 BBC Sports Personality of the Year award.
The legendary former Leeds Rhinos and England captain finished behind tennis superstar Andy Murray, who won the award after helping the Great Britain team to the Davis Cup.
Sinfield earned more votes than Jessica Ennis-Hill, Mo Farah and Lewis Hamilton among others, ending the year on a glorious high for both himself and Rugby League as a whole.
Earlier in the evening, Leeds Rhinos were voted for the Team of the Year award while Lizzie Jones was a surprise guest as she gave an unbelievable rendition of Danny Boy.
TotalRL.com would like to congratulate Kevin on his finish.
