ST GEORGE ILLAWARRA DRAGONS prop Hame Sele has reportedly agreed a deal to join Super League from 2027.
That’s according to The Daily Telegraph which has reported that Sele will link up with Catalans Dragons on a three-year deal.
Sele has made just five appearances for St George during the 2026 NRL campaign, with the forward currently sidelined with injury.
He does, however, have notable experience in the NRL having debuted for the Dragons back in 2017 and having had spells with Penrith Panthers and South Sydney Rabbitohs.
Catalans have already signed Tyson Gamble and Jesse Arthars for next season, while Sele’s St George teammate Luciano Leilua is also expected to join the Dragons.
Meanwhile, the French side is set to lose a number of key players including Toby Sexton and Benjamin Garcia, while Iszac Fa’asuamaleaui has already left the club ahead of his move to Perth Bears next year.
Sele is not the only St George man moving to Super League in 2027 either, with Damien Cook, Mat Feagai and Tyrell Sloan all joining Castleford Tigers and Emre Guler linking up with Wakefield Trinity.
