
Huddersfield Giants stand-off Danny Brough is in line to win his third Albert Goldthorpe Medal after overtaking leader Travis Burns at the weekend.
With a maximum three points from his side’s dismantling of Widnes, Brough edged a point clear of Burns, who failed to register in the Goldthorpe standings in Hull KR’s draw with Wigan.

It now looks like a two-horse race as third-placed Leon Pryce and Kevin Brown sit four points back of Burns on 22 with just three games to go.
