There have been some incredible tries scored in Super League (and the Championships) so far in 2014 – but surely this one will take some beating?
It earned the Super League ‘Try of the Week’ award for Round 26 – but if there’s an award out there for try of the season, this has to be a contender. Scored by Salford’s Josh Griffin, it is a near-1oo metre score from the Red Devils, with play switching from right to left in sublime fashion.
The Red Devils keep the ball alive brilliantly against their opponents, London Broncos, before an outrageous offload from Niall Evalds eventually sends Griffin over.
So what do you think? Is it the best try we’ve seen in Super League this year? Let us know by commenting below.
