Wakefield Trinity Wildcats could give out three more debuts this weekend against Huddersfield, after Brian Smith included three new faces in the squad to face the Giants.
Lee Smith is likely to come in for his second debut with the Wildcats after joining late last week, whilst fellow new recruits Bill Tupou and Scott Moore are also in contention.
“I am very happy to bring three new faces into the squad this week,” said Wakefield coach Brian Smith. “It has allowed us to have competition in a few areas going into the qualifiers, especially in the full back position now we have lost [Kevin] Locke.
“Tim Smith and Ali Lauitiiti will miss out after picking up knocks, they now have got two weeks to get as match fit as they possibly can ready for the middle 8s.”
