Warrington Wolves v Hull KR preview and 21-man squads

HULL KR have named Arthur Mourgue in their 21-man squad for Sunday’s Challenge Cup semi-final against Warrington Wolves at the Halliwell Jones Stadium in Doncaster.

The French fullback has been out of action since suffering a pectoral injury against Brisbane Broncos in February’s World Club Challenge win.

Head coach Willie Peters has a big decision to make in whether to replace Jack Broadbent in the starting line-up, while Mourgue may also feature off the bench.

Bill Leyland is the other fresh face in their squad, after returning from a loan to St Helens, with Jack Charles and Tom Whitehead making way from the 21 named ahead of last Thursday’s win over Castleford Tigers.

Warrington have a big returnee of their own in forward Luke Yates, who hasn’t featured in four weeks due to a neck problem.

Yates replaces Jake Thewlis, whose brother Josh is named after sitting out last Saturday’s victory at Huddersfield Giants with a niggle, in the only change to Sam Burgess’ squad.

This is a rematch of last year’s final, which Hull KR won 8-6 at Wembley.
