Hull FC player Liam Watts has been charged with Grade E biting on Adam Walker of Hull Kingston Rovers in the 53rd minute of the First Utility Super League Round 22 fixture played on Friday July 17.

Watts was charged by the RFL Match Review Panel today after it considered the findings of a formal investigation into the incident.

Gareth Langley of Rochdale Hornets has been charged with the Grade D offence of using foul and abusive language to a match official in the ninth minute of the Kingstone Press League 1 fixture against Swinton Lions played on July 26.

York City Knights player Ed Smith has been charged with Grade B punching on Osian Phillips of South Wales Scorpions in the 77th minute of the League 1 fixture played on July 25.

Smith has until 11.00am on Tuesday August 4 to submit an Early Guilty Plea: Watts and Langley do not have the option of submitting EGPs and will appear before an independent disciplinary tribunal next Tuesday (August 4).
