Statement from the Border Agency that foreign players on visas are not to be allowed to become dual registered with Championship clubs.due to their visa contracts.
This damned bureaucracy and red tape

The rule on visas also stops Swinton ( an example for my post) signing a NRL player and loaning him to Warrington which would allow Warrington an extra overseas player.

I wonder if Gary Hetherington was 'testing the water' in regards to dual registering Kylie Leuluai to Hunslet.
