what can i say. when you were defending your line you were awesome. the result could have gone either way but you deserved it. very impressed by your fitness and work ethic. i thought you 31 had a good game.

i agree, already the championship is looking a better competition than superleague. losing on sunday will be considered a setback by both teams.

Is this the same Batley that has won the NR cup and got to the grandfinal in the last 3 years? The Batley whom own their own ground which has developed beyond recognision in the last 15 years?, The first club in RL to have classroom facilities and an education program at the stadium, The club that has coached the likes of Alex Walmaley, Jason Walton, Greg Johnson, and Alex Brown to the point where they're deemed too good for a tinpot team? The Batley who are sending a coachload of fans to Wembley for the WC Semis? The Batley who's supporters coach , referee, and get up at 5am to run a carboot stall to raise funds for junior teams? Whos fans get their hands in their pockets the second a player is injured at whatever level.. Batley is a bouyant club with one of the smallest budgets in RL , if recent rumours are to be believed there are at least 3 SL clubs that should be knocking our door down seeking advice on running a club within your budget.
Your comment shows a complete lack of RL knowledge and respect., we may seem like tinpot teams to you, but loose the 3 teams you mention and their 2000 fans and the game will suffer.

well said

Etu is from Wyong Roos mate, not quite NRL. They play in the NSW Cup.

he has played in the NRL though, or so we've been told

#2782232 Terry Clawson

sad news, i remember Terry breaking into the first team at fev, same time as Malcolm Dixon. he was a rampaging loose forward then, one of my alltime rovers favourites.
