Topics I've Started

heads screwed on

21 August 2014 - 10:47 AM

i don't like the way a lot of people are talking as if second place is ours after beating fax. i hope AH is keeping the squads mind on the job. 2 tricky fixtures coming up.

professional

19 August 2014 - 12:28 PM

be professional. take nothing for granted. keep your heads screwed on and get the win against Skolars. 10 in a row, make history lads.

promotion and relegation

15 August 2014 - 09:37 AM

i think it's great that p&r have been reintroduced, but, i have been watching champ 1 quite a lot this season, and as the playoffs approach there are indications of panic at some clubs. when York played Gateshead last week, gateshead included  3 superleague players from Hull kr on dual reg. 3 players that played for Hull kr last sunday played for kr against wigan last night. this sunday sees what is probably a title decider between Hunslet and York. Hunslet have signed 3 players on this week for their promotion push. as things stand, as long as they remain under the cap, they are well within their rights. i just hope this does not spiral out of control where cubs feel the need to overspend to compete.in the playoffs. will the rfl be monitoring the situation.?

points difference

14 August 2014 - 09:14 AM

looking at the table, hunslet have a 40 points better difference than York, if hunslet win on sunday, then all those games where York have let teams come back at them could prove costly. a win is a must.

oldham or hunslet?

or do you want the draw?
