  1. Featherstone Rovers host Scotland vs Papua New Guinea on Saturday 19th October at the Big Fellas Stadium with a 2pm kick off. The World Cup Warm up game promises to be a competitive affair with a host of stars featuring including 2013 Man of Steel Danny Brough. You can pre-purchase tickets from the main club office at the ground or via our website and you can also pay on the gate. Adults £10, Concessions £5 and Under 16's FREE. There is hospitality available for this fixture. At 1pm we will be serving hot beef baguettes and chips in the 1921 Suite for £10 per person. Guests will also have the option of watching the game from 1921 Suite and post-match interviews.   2. Our Under 19's academy entertain local rivals Castleford Tigers on Saturday 18th May at the Big Fellas Stadium. Admission on the gate is £3 adults £1 concession/ children. Kick off is at 2:30pm so please try your best to cheer on our fantastic academy side against Castleford Tigers!

With a bumper crowd expected this weekend against Halifax RLFC we have ordered extra copies of our excellent Match Day Programme but to ensure you manage to get a copy, make sure you purchase one as soon as you arrive at the Big Fellas Stadium. If you have not purchased a copy in 2013 yet, this weekend is the time to do so. The 52 page full colour programme provides excellent value for money (only £2) and gives an insight to all aspects of the club.   4. If you can't wait until Sunday for our next Kingstone Press Championship game against Halifax, our U19 Academy side sponsored by Dunning Plant Hire face Huddersfield Giants at the Big Fellas Stadium on Saturday. Kick off is 2.30pm with admission on the gate £3 adults, £1 concessions/children.
  5. This Thursday evening is your opportunity to meet Will Sharp and Frankie Mariano who are our latest recruits to the first team squad. Ahead of arguably our biggest game of 2013 so far against Halifax RLFC we will be holding a fans forum with Will and Frankie who will be joined by Featherstone Rovers Chief Executive Craig Poskitt. Doors will open at 7pm and the evening will incorporate our weekly quiz. The evening will provide you with the opportunity to give our new players the usual Featherstone Rovers welcome, ask any question you like regarding the club and also look forward to our clash with Halifax on Sunday.
  6. If you cannot attend Thursday evening's game at the Keepmoat Stadium, Doncaster we will be showing the game live on the screens on Premier Sports. The Atrium Bar will open at 7pm for a 7.30pm kick off. Following the game there will be a our new weekly quiz with a cash prize. If you can't go to Doncaster, make sure you get down to the Big Fellas Stadium!
  7. On Thursday evening the Atrium Bar will be open for our new weekly quiz which includes a cash prize. There will be happy hour prices throughout the evening and we will be showing Leeds Rhinos vs Bradford Bulls on the screens. The bar will open at 7pm. On Good Friday the Atrium will be open at 8:30am prior to the supporter coach setting off to York where supporters can purchase a Bacon Butty and a Cup of Tea/Coffee for only £2.50. After the game at York (1pm KICK OFF) the Atrium Bar will open with happy hour prices 4pm-5pm.

For those that cannot attend our next first team fixture against Sheffield Eagles (at Don Valley Stadium) this evening (Thursday 14th March 7.30pm kick off) we have an excellent evening of entertainment planned at the Big Fellas Stadium. Kicking off at 7pm our Under 16 Scholarship side sponsored by LINPAC Packaging entertain Wakefield Trinity Wildcats in their first game of 2013. We will be showing the first team in action live on Premier Sports on all screens in the Atrium and the Gallery. There will also be happy hour prices on drinks throughout the evening. Following the game there will be a brand new quiz with some exclusive prizes so if you cannot make the trip to Sheffield make sure you spend your evening at the Big Fellas Stadium.   9. Our Under 20's Reserve grade side are in action this Saturday (9th March) when they take on Halifax RLFC at the Big Fellas Stadium at 2.30pm.
  10. Tomorrow our U20's side take on South Wales Scorpions at the Big Fellas Stadium at 2:30pm in their first competitive game of 2013. Admission on the gate is £3 (adults) £1 (concessions/children).
  11. Our Under 20 Reserve grade will play Halifax RFLC Under 20's at the Big Fellas Stadium on Thursday 21st February (8pm Kick Off). On the screens we will be showing we will be showing Barrow Raiders vs Batley Bulldogs from 7:30pm.
  12. This evening we will be showing newly promoted Whitehaven take on Leigh Centurions live in the Atrium Bar. Kick off is 7:30pm with bar open from 7pm. We will be serving drinks at happy hour prices. Through out the 2013 Kingstone Press Championship we will be showing every game live in the Atrium Bar so make the Big Fellas Stadium your number one venue for live Championship Rugby League.

Our visit to Dewsbury Rams on Sunday evening (6pm kick off) is being shown live on Premier Sports so if you cannot make the trip to the Tetley's Stadium we will be showing the game live in the Atrium Bar with Happy Hour prices until the final hooter. The bar will open at 5:30PM and after the game there will be a disco in The Atrium for fans returning from Dewsbury.
  15. Featherstone Rovers are gearing up for the first Championship home game of the season against Lancashire based rivals Leigh Centurions. Daryl Powell's team will be looking to finish top of the pile for the fourth successive season. Prior to kick off pre-match hospitality has sold out and in the Atrium Bar we will be showing West Bromwich Albion entertain Champions League contenders Tottenham Hotspur (1:30pm KO). On the pitch at 2:40 75 local school children from Girnhill Infants, Streethouse Primary and Featherstone All Saints will take part in an opening ceremony to celebrate the start of our 2013 season. Don't forget that Sunday is Fostralia Day to celebrate our new sponsorship agreement with Fosters. Those attending dressed as the best Australian will win a year's supply of Foster's and will take part in a lap of honour at half time. Following the main action on the field we will be showing Man City vs Liverpool followed by a disco. 2013 promises to be an exciting season to make sure you help get the season off to a bang at the Big Fellas Stadium.
