Batley Bulldogs player charged with using homophobic abuse

Batley Bulldogs player Lee Paterson has been charged with using homophobic abuse to another player in the 72nd minute of a Kingstone Press Championship fixture against Leigh Centurions played on Sunday August 3. Patterson was dismissed by the referee and will face a Grade E charge when he appears before an independent disciplinary tribunal next
