Wigan Warriors and London Skolars have confirmed the details of next years’ traditional Capital Challenge – with Sam Tomkins set to be guest speaker at the event.
The tie, which will see the two teams do battle at the Honourable Artillery Company (HAC) ground on Friday 22 January 2016, will see a Wigan XIII compete in their third Capital Challenge
The HAC is one of the most unique sporting locations in the country. Situated on City Road near Old Street tube station, a blend of the cities great architecture both old and new are visible from all around. The HAC is probably the most valuable piece of land that any rugby is played anywhere in the world and is a must for any rugby league aficionado who wants to tick off iconic venues.
And the Warriors have confirmed that Tomkins, who is set to return to Wigan at the end of this season, will be part of the entertainment taking on the role as guest speaker.
