Huddersfield have fought off late interest from St Helens to secure the signature of Manly utility Tom Symonds.
League Express revealed on Monday how the Saints had made a late play to hijack the Giants' bid to land the signature of the 27-year-old, following reports emerging from Australia last week that Symonds was bound for Super League.
