· Liam Byrne (Ireland): Grade A Dangerous Contact, 1 Match Penalty Notice
· Jaimin Jolliffe (Ireland): Grade A High tackWigan Warriors prop given two bans at the World Cup as Fiji and Ireland stars in hot water
