BATLEY BULLDOGS have signed Evan Hodgson on a one-year deal from Sheffield Eagles.
Former Bradford Bulls and Newcastle Thunder back-rower Hodgson, 27, spent four-and-a-half years with Sheffield, making exactly 100 appearances.
"We all believe Evan will be a very important signing for the club," said new Batley head coach James Ford.
