LEON PRYCE has continued his York Valkyrie squad-building by re-signing three more of the club’s leading players on new two-year contracts.
Following a same-length deal for Sinead Peach, Izzy Brennan, Savannah Andrade and Evie Sexton will now remain at the club until at least the end of 2027.
Goal-kicking prop Brennan made her Super League debut aged just 17 in May 2024 and has made steady progress since. She was selected to represent Yorkshire in both Origin games against Lancashire earlier this year.
Last season’s Player of the Year Andrade will head into her sixth season with the club in 2026 after joining from Bradford in 2021, and in that time she has won two League Leaders’ Shields and two Super League titles. She also played in the Challenge Cup final in 2021, which York lost to St Helens.
Sexton enjoyed a breakthrough campaign this year, scoring six tries in 12 appearances and being named the club’s Young Player of the Year.
