Atelea Vea believes St Helens’ ability to get on the “same page” has been a big factor in their form.
Six consecutive victories have seen the Keiron Cunningham’s side turn their season around, with Saints now fourth in Super League.
And Vea believes that the fact they are finally reading from the same hymn sheet is working to their advantage.
“As a collective, we were just on different pages and not getting our full performance together. We’d be really good in some parts and poor in other parts. We’ve worked hard at putting it together and I think we’ve only just started to gradually build that in the last five league games.
“There’s a pride in what we’re doing now and the boys are building off that. We’ll keep working together and hopefully keep moving forward.”
