Briers is readers’ pick to succeed Price at Warrington

LEE BRIERS is the man most League Express readers would like to see succeed Steve Price as head coach of Warrington.

The former Wolves player is currently assistant to Price, who has announced he will leave his post at the end of this season.

We asked readers who they would like to replace the Australian.

Briers won 40 per cent of the votes, with former Leeds and Toronto coach Brian McDermott gaining 18 per cent and current England and former Wigan chief Shaun Wane polling 15 per cent.
