Justin Carney has returned to Castleford following his suspension, the club has confirmed.
A short statement on the club’s official website said “The matter has been dealt with internally and neither the club nor the play wish to comment further.”
Carney has not been seen since making his last appearance for Castleford in their game against Catalans on August 22nd.
Earlier this month, Daryl Powell said “The disciplinary is coming to a point where it will hopefully be finalised.”
It was widely expected that Carney had played his last game for Castleford, with rumours of a move to another Super League club emerging after his suspension.
