CASTLEFORD TIGERS’ home clash against Oldham, scheduled for Saturday 10th January, has been cancelled due to weather conditions.

The pitch at the OneBore Stadium is currently frozen over and unsafe to play on, with a decision being made this morning to call the game off.

Castleford have kept in contact with Oldham throughout the week as weather conditions have failed to improve.

Now the Tigers have explained three options for those that have purchased tickets already.

– For non members, the value of the ticket can be discounted from a ticket for Castleford’s season opener vs Wigan at the OneBore Stadium

– The club can exchange this ticket for a ticket to the Tigers’ friendly with Leeds Rhinos on Sunday 18th January

– The club will provide a full refund
