Castleford Tigers have released a statement explaining why they voted against Dr Marwan Koukash's proposal to introduce a marquee player allowance in Super League's salary cap rules.
Only five clubs (including Koukash's Salford) voted in favour. Here's why Castleford didn't say yes to it.
