Semi Valemei and Ashton Golding have both torn their hamstrings, whilst Mikaele Ravalawa has been sent to Doncaster on a month’s loan.
Fletcher Rooney, George Hirst, Louis Senior and Tylor Sharpe come in, with the latter in contention to make his Castleford debut.
There could also be a debutant for Warrington, with youngster Charlie McKler called up to the squad alongside veteran Sam Powell.
