WIDNES VIKINGS fans have been left disappointed with the news that the club’s new training range will not arrive in time for Christmas.
The club’s fresh home and away kits had already been launched, and received a positive reception.
But the training-range development means no new items featuring the club’s redesigned crest will be available until January,
A club statement said: “Widnes Vikings regret to inform supporters that our new training range will unfortunately not arrive in time for Christmas due to delivery delays outside our control.
“The club understand this will be disappointing news for fans who were hoping to purchase items from the training range as Christmas gifts, and we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
“We share in that frustration and would like to thank supporters for their patience and understanding.”
