Leigh Centurions player Jake Emmitt has been charged with Grade C abusive language towards a match official in the 79th minute of the Kingstone Press Championship fixture against Batley Bulldogs played at Leigh Sports Village on Sunday April 26.
Emmitt was charged after the incident was considered by the RFL Match Review Panel and has until 11.00am on Tuesday May 5 to submit an Early Guilty Plea.
There were no other charges from Kingstone Press Championship or Kingstone Press League 1 fixtures played last weekend.
