FORMER St Helens and Toulouse Olympique forward Dom Peyroux has joined French Super XIII side Albi.

Albi are the current French champions and have won four of their opening five games in the 2025-26 Super XIII season.

Peyroux spent five seasons with Toulouse, helping them earn promotion to Super League in 2021 and again last season – though the 36-year-old registered just one appearance having suffered a serious injury.

All in all, Peyroux registered 26 tries in 62 appearances for Toulouse, but made 122 for St Helens in the five years prior to his move to France.

Now the 36-year-old has chosen to remain in l’Hexagon after half a decade on mainland Europe.

“I am very happy to join an ambitious club like Albi, with a solid project and a great history,” Peyroux said.

“I can’t wait to get back on the field and share my passion with the Albi fans.”
