You should try watching a warrington game we do it every game since we won the league in March.

I'd quite like to see a return of the team warning, with clearly defined parameters though.

The Transfer Rumour Mill Thread
Barry Badrinath replied to Mumby Magic's topic in The General Rugby League Forum
there was word that he was released from wire, cos he was positive with covid, and was spotted out on the pop over xmas, that would be xmas 21 i guess, powell was far from pleased with him -
personally, i think he's a bit small for a backrower, had a bit of a cult following at warrington as he came through as being extremely firey a la john bateman when he came through.

Not necessarily, Williams was playing at the start of this period of 8 matches, the pair of them have been naff, give or take the odd flash. Someone before mentioned him being our best player vs saints, he was alright, for Ben currie, I'd have said Clark was out beat player (certainly first half) as he was against Wigan and we've had a bunch of wire fans lamenting why we're letting him go. The reason we're letting him go and the reason we should be releasing Ben currie and not giving him a new contract is that these performances are 1 or 2 times a year now ive been a big supporter of Ben currie, I've defended him through this period recovering and finding his feet from 2 acl reconstructions when others wanted him gone, but last year he let me down so much and if it wasn't for olly Holmes being a full on car crash of a signing, his reluctance to tackle would have been noticed a lot more. He's not a starting sl back rower anymore. Or he could go to leigh and play out of his skin what do I know

You must have had very very low expectations for him. Powell said he was trying to emulate wigan with field and French by getting some pure pace, but he's been a bystander for the majority of this year. He's not nimble enough to create anything for himself bar the odd kick return but those are few and far between, he's not a good link man to our terrible centres, and spends far too much time getting angry for getting tackled
