  1. Totally agree, any manager in any other industry would have been shown the door before now.
  2. Toulouse are a Championship team in all but name, Warrington are losing this because of their selves not the play of the opposition, Warrington have kept Toulouse in the game moreso than Toulouse's good play.
  3. Good God Warrington are totally Piff Poor, they should have had this game sewn up in the first 30 mins, substitute the 'a' for the 'i' and it's no wonder they are known as Winkey, Winky, Winky Warrington. And the big sad thing is the fans are ever so more desperate than the team, they could see the decisions on the big screen, but still contested them.
  4. I well remember when 40+ games a season was the norm and for the better lads regular test matches to boot, AND most - not all - did a physical full timel job as well, but we now live in this "bubble wrap" litigation society we live in today where everything has to have an excuse and or a blame culture. Please tell me honestly do you really consider to a fit full time player who does nothing else but train and if lucky play 27 league plus cup games to a maximum of 4 more games and that for the finalists is excessive? I can think of quite a few thousand player's from yesteryear who would have been overwhelmed to have the facilities and lifestyle of those in SL today, and just thinking about that if remuneration was adequate enough for a good number of lower division players to be full time rugby players they would most probably jump at the opportunity if presented to them.
  5. If those are your two starting wingers then Salford only need to get good ball out often to Sio and Burgess, they could have a field day.
  6. Now don't get giddy David, that was a one off when all the stars aligned over the HJ and sent it's influence across to Headingley.
  7. It's Rugby League, even with the sanitisation effective programme it is still a high collision impact game what do you expect, I would class the players that remain in good health or should I say availble throughout the season as Lucky.
  8. If Kyle is presented with this list of questions which are mostly of a very juvenile nature, he may just as well give his apologies to TRL and close the door behind him.
  9. Salford have found their feet now, Paul Rowley's offence will prove to much for the Giants, expect a 2 try margin for the Reds.
  10. And a much bigger turning circle! I think I asked the simple question when Toronto signed Crossley - Why? and having got rid of him why did the Bulls want him back, sorry but "Big Ste" has never impressed me, and even less so these days. York by a good number, the Bulls are really in a bad place at the moment.
  11. So sad, condolences to all his family and those close to him.
  12. So which of the 'owd buggers' who occupy the centre spots will he be replacing, and is it time for the only German International of any note who us presently the back up to be leaving Craven Park?
  13. You sod, I nearly spit my cornflakes out all over the table reading that, Hull has as much in common with Puerto Banus, as Kabul has to Henly-on-Thames.
  14. Disagree, Toulouse couldn't hold on to a 12 point buffer in the last quarter against a very understrength HKR, even if they are at some point in the lead by a couple of tries with 20mins to go I still wouldn't fancy them, and that is taking into consideration how many games Wire also lose in this period.
  15. As I said in a previous post, demanding a fee and recieving it means that we don't only have to go for player's who are off contract, we can enter into a transfer market situation, it would be crazy not to do so. Your last sentance is oh so true, and as a fan of the club finals day - if we get there- will be a very nervy time, but I suspect there will not be many - including your good self - who would back against Leigh being in SL next season especially as the game is at Leigh's ground.
  16. It seems that a few Rhino's fans are desperate for Nene to make his way to Headingley, can you please direct me to where it says he wants to Leave, I have not heard or have seen that, it to be looks more like one of those slimey agents orchestrating something to line their pockets with. I heard weeks ago that he had signed for Leigh, albeit not officially, but if he has then tgey would be absolutely stupid not to demand a transfer fee for him, it is not a problem with the overseas player's on who to retain or not, it is near done and dusted in as much in the opinion of the fans and they won't be far wrong. Nene is a big part of the plan and structure for next season, I don't think he will be allowed to leave without recompense, so if Leeds really want him they will have to pay for him.
  17. How so? Unless you mean Leeds didn't stand there like traffic cops waving them through.
