Think they'll need more of thier second half defense and attack from Friday I'm backing Leed's new spine to click early in the season....maybe even for this game. Frawley I'm backing to prove a lot of doubters wrong in a Leeds shirt... Just think Lisone will have done his 'preseason' this week....could be scary off the bench tommorow

The Players Are Revolting

Wonder what the players concerns are? Is it about having to tackle low? (I e arguing the new rules protect the carrier but more dangerous for a defending head?) -
Watts may well have realized the new interpretation of the laws won't suit his game Highly doubt he'll walk away though...unless he has a career to instantly fall back on elsewhere

Took a while to find this....I have an update they were there in the kids zone last week! -
All circumstances are individual and subject to scrutiny of course However...if someone is displaying threat to you then you can preemptively strike Related to the Sau incident.....it is even easier to reduce Sau's face was being grabbed/potentially eye gouged ....he had every reason to suspect the attack might end up blinding him .....in law he would abso- ****ing- lutely be entitled to do what he did I'm speechless that some people don't get it

I know for a FACT you can preemptively strike if you feel threatened Also...the sort of ****wipes who go around threatening are the ones who often/always already have a record....the police very quickly deduce what is what
-
Precisely this
-
It's not clear either way...however if someone is grabbing your face then an eye injury is being risked either way
-
Yes it is

On the street punching someone if someone punches you is allowed In fact if you are feeling likely to be attacked then punching someone preemptively is allowed Though I agree the pitch and street are different Grabbing someone's eyes is as serious an assault as it gets....losing sight is life destroying .....stopping it is key

Would be a bit of a coincidence though wouldn't it? The upsurge is pretty dramatic
