There's some good suggestions on this post and I agree that it needs looked at and changed BUT this is the RFL we're talking about... Would anyone be surprised if they turned round and said " it's an 8 team league, if you don't like it then don't play" I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest.

It went to a tribunal which he lost, if it was just Haven in the wrong they would of been made to pay up and/or release him. Neither have happened so he's stopped turning up, hence not being being paid now. If it was a town player I reckon your view on it would be different but not getting dragged into a battle of opinion so will leave it there.

Think there's wrongs on both sides regarding that saga. Yes Haven are in the wrong massively but by all accounts he just downed tools when Haven wouldn't release him and Barrow wouldn't pay a fee. If I stopped turning up to my job I wouldn't get paid either.

Not sure what's going on, wouldn't of thought finances would be a major issue already, the VP's have just sold all their gold memberships which totals around the 10K mark then sold standard memberships as well, might be more to this than meets the eye but as I say, not sure

It's not that much of a dig, more just opinion. Taylor is a solid signing, he's a bit like Mossop in that he's better in defence rather than attack, and given his number of shoulder surgeries he's had and the amount of time he's been on the sideline, I'd say champ 1 is where he's at in his career. Been a great servant for Haven though.

Solid signing for Town, putting together some good league 1 players. Taylor perhaps past his best for champ level but solid enough for league 1

Shattered his knee cap playing against St.Helens, needed to have it fully reconstructed. Only played a couple more games when he came back as sadly don't think he fully recovered
