  1. Top 8 elite teams 2 groups top 2 each group go straight to quarters. Developing nations 2 x 8 Top 2 each group play off against bottom 2 in elite groups sudden death last 4 places in quarters rest self explanatory
  2. Yes, France one of the only 5 countries with full professional league are not a developing nation, pacific islands nations stacked with Heritage NRL players over real RL playing nations is nit a good idea.
  3. I quite like that Kurt Sorenson impersonator who’s on the wing for NZ
  4. No it doesn’t, it refers to a certain state of mind and people with a certain view of the world/country don’t try to make out that word is a racial thing because you know its not
  5. Calls people ”snowflakes” cries because his outdated view of the world and cannot grasp all these new views and ideas.
  6. Because he’s a butt hurt gammon and doesn’t like changes in social etiquette call a spade a spade and all that. Uses terms pike “its all gone woke” but doesn’t know what it means. i new as soon as someone teated to his post it would decent into gammonry
  7. I know it’s shocking, you cant even call Christmas, Christmas anymore. they’l be changing the name of the Cook islands back to its native name soon, its a disgrace.
  8. The ARL and Australian game have nothing but contempt for the European game and international RL the lack of a buoyant international game is purely at their feet, and i don’t see after this world cup them queuing up for more international RL.
  9. Lets hope for the sake if the European game they do, and the almost entirely NRL based southern teams will just see it as they are superior and not want to play anymore
  10. You think Cunningham would get in over Danny Buderos, wouldn’t gave thought so
  11. Great player Sculthorpe but injuries ruined his career, good have been an all time great but his curtailed career probably rules him out. Up there with Morley as a tough forward and Iestyn for skill, Iestyn would be in hall of fame if he had stayed fully in league fulltime, those 4 years at Leeds he was the definition of unplayable sublime.
  12. Hanley, the athlete who worked so hard on his physical and mental preparation for the game combined with a freakish running style. Schofield, the natural footballer instinctive off the cuff player superb play maker and (pre1993) searing pace over 40-50 meters( didn’t like to train too hard) equally in different ways the best if their era
  13. If Scotland can force Australia to get to a set completion and handover on more than 2 consecutive occasions, that will be an achievement. I expect A point per minute and a score every other set.
  14. Moor and Thaler doing super league proud by trying to ruin the best game of the tournament so far.
  15. Disgrace for Elland road were the seat space struggles to get a labtop on.
  16. Italy look the better side but bad discipline may catch up with them.
