Just been looking at the fixtures and note that the new Welsh club which is to be situated at Neath is in Div One. I thought they were mooted to go into our league. I must of missed that change of mind. That is if I haven't got it wrong from the start. This Welsh joblot is getting more and more confusing as rules are being made up and bent to accommodate them.
