Good idea needs more publicity, music isnt really fev fans high point lol, advertising in local papers, shop windows etc will gain interest

Good Idea, would need to get the local schools and colleges involved as that is where most bands will be be based or have a base. Allso worth advertising at local reahearsal spaces.

Some of the groups may bring their local fans awell so alround a good idea.
