Ireland have become the latest nation to graduate from the European Commission-backed RLEF Technical Strategy, following European Federation Coaching Manager Martin Crick’s five-day visit to Dublin where he conducted Phase 3 of the two-year project.

Fantastic news!

 

Does anyone in the know care to explain what this means?

I believe it means that the Irish now have the ability to independently train their own coaches and award them with an internationally-recognized coaching qualification.
