The Tudor House Hotel is no more

The Tudor House Hotel in Wigan has closed its doors for the last time.

 

For once its under the owners terms, Russ and Francis have retired and shut up shop.

 

A pub I never took to but I wish them all the best in their retirement, shame to lose a real ale pub aimed at the younger market but with Central Station opening in a couple of weeks and the recent addition of Docs Symposium and Blundell's Cafe Bar Wigan has more bars serving real ale opening rather than closing in the town centre.

not the cleanest of pubs but always a good pint, and always a decent band doing there best, hope someone else has a go.
