fevnut's blog: Fev v Swinton

Greetings to our friends at Swinton

Every week fevnut writes a blog that includes his ‘musings’ column. This week it is an alternative style of match report which you might enjoy. Less about the fact and more about the emotions of a fan.  We also include pages that detail the records of our own players and a comprehensive guide (T’Other Side) to our next opponents. There’s many other pages including information about Sunday’s referee and a listing of all the matches between the clubs right back to 1921. Why was a match nearly 90 years ago so important for Swinton and a historic one for Fev who were only in their 6th season as a professional outfit?

How’s Robbo going for you? Massive loss for us

Superb signing. Crowd pleaser. Takes loads  of work from the forwards as well. Thanks for letting us have him and Duffy. Fev playing some sparkling Rugby. Was impressed how Duffy got Swinton playing. The defence suffers with his style of play that you were probably aware of but if you can concede 30 at Leigh and still win whos grumbling? Good luck in your 2018 campaign albeit not at Fev.
