Championship funding 2020 and 2021

Championship funding in both 2020 and 2021 will be based on league positions in 2019.

Given that the 2020 season has hardly been played, and all clubs have furloughed players and staff, it would be much fairer to have equal funding for all Championship clubs in 2021.

Also where does this leave London Broncos. Will they receive parachute payments 2 years running?

Will it in 2021? My understanding is that's what the RFL have proposed but have given the clubs some time to come back with objections/suggestions.
