He’s bound to be aware of the massive task in front of him. Let’s face it, the only way is up.

Broncos fans generally seem to welcome this. Others are naturally split on his appointment. 
Some mention his achievements as a coach both positively and negatively.

I assume he will be the one to pick new players for his squad and pick the team to take the field, or is that just a silly notion?
