First you start with a plan of where do you want to get too. Have achievable performance targets in mind. Encourage people's mindsets to encourage a winning mentality,

This starts with people at the top of the club and who run the club, then filters down throughout the club. Good performances on the field will breed success and success gives you the finances to grow the club. That's the start of something to build on ! Obviously having a good set of finances can help achieve that goal much quicker. The jury is out on this coming season !

Cheers pal, you need to be battle hardened when it comes to Oldham Rugby League Football Club 1997 Ltd.

Or is it Oldham Rugby League Community Trust. Whichever organisation you support the Chairman has his foot in both camps. Not healthy competition.

As for White Bank well that's probably a different calamity.
