Well if it does come to pass and the Championship and L1 even out to both being a 12 team competition, that will confirm that increasing the SL to 14 teams will be a dead duck.

I have always stated that it would never happen for financial reasons being the funding that is awarded to SL clubs it has gone down and down and now is some 800K/per club less than it was 7years ago, SL clubs would never vote for another reduction which would happen if the pot was to be shared by 14 clubs instead of the now 12.
