St Helens forward Matthew Haggarty has joined Salford Red Devils on a season long loan.
Haggarty, who only joined Saints in February, was a product of the Salford academy side before playing for the likes of Whitehaven, Barrow and Dewsbury, with St Helens snapping up the prop from the Rams.
He becomes the seventh signing of the off-season, following the likes of Craig Kopczak, Gareth O’Brien and Mark Flanagan to the AJ Bell Stadium.
“I’m excited to be back at Salford for 2016,” Haggarty told Salford’s official website.
“It’s where I started and I’m looking forward to getting some game time.”
