Kevin Sinfield has become the latest star-studded name to take up the role as Vice President for the Leeds Rhinos Foundation.
After bringing an end to his playing career earlier this month, following his sixth Super League triumph as captain of the club, Sinfield will continue to promote the charity as he starts his life as a rugby union player with Yorkshire Carnegie.
Sinfield takes up a role that has also been fulfilled by former England cricketer Ryan Sidebottom, model and TV personality Neil McAndrew and the rock band Kaiser Chiefs.
“I am honoured to have been asked to be a Vice President for this wonderful charity, ” said Sinfield. “I am looking forward to being involved with their many worthwhile projects in the future.”
The Leeds Rhinos foundation is the official charity of Leeds Rhinos and provides support to the local community.
